These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Level Head Press websites and your purchase of any digital guide we publish, including The Calm Walk Method. By using our sites or buying a guide, you agree to these Terms.
Level Head Press is a small independent publisher of practical, single-topic digital guides. Guides are written by the person who worked through the problem themselves, not by a certified professional, unless a specific guide states otherwise.
Our guides are downloadable digital products (PDF) delivered instantly after purchase. Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled by Gumroad, a third-party platform. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your transaction.
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own reference. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the guide or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Our guides share practical methods and personal experience. They are educational in nature and are not a substitute for veterinary care or in-person guidance from a certified trainer or behaviorist. Where a guide covers a topic with a safety dimension — for example, dog reactivity — it will say so plainly and point you toward professional help when a situation calls for it. Always use your own judgment and seek qualified in-person help for anything involving risk to a person or animal.
We describe our guides honestly and don't promise specific results, timelines, or outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including consistency of practice and the specific situation involved.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Gumroad processes payment and may charge applicable taxes based on your location. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
You agree not to misuse our websites — for example, by attempting to access them in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden them, or by using automated means to scrape or copy site content without permission.
Our guides and websites are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Level Head Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our content or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
