Privacy Policy

Level Head Press ("we," "us," "our") publishes short, practical digital guides, including The Calm Walk Method. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites or buy a guide, and how we use it. We keep this simple on purpose — we collect less than most sites, not more.

What we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy a guide, the transaction is processed entirely by Gumroad, our payment and delivery platform. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details to process the sale and deliver the PDF to you. We receive your email address and order details from Gumroad so we can identify a purchase if you contact us for support.
• Standard site analytics. Like most websites, our pages may use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which pages and ads are working. These tools can use cookies or similar technology and may collect information like your approximate location, device type, and which page referred you. We don't use any tracking beyond these standard, widely-used tools.
• Contact form or email. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and, where relevant, to improve our guides.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't run our own separate tracking system beyond standard analytics and ad platform pixels described above.
• We never see or store your payment card details — that's handled entirely by Gumroad.

How we use your information

We use the information above to: fulfill and support your purchase, respond to questions you send us, and understand in general terms which pages and ads are effective so we can improve them. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you.

Third parties

Our primary third-party processor is Gumroad, which handles checkout, payment processing, and file delivery under its own privacy policy. We also rely on standard analytics/advertising providers (for example, Google) for the site-analytics and ad-tracking uses described above; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles that data.

Your choices

You can control cookies and tracking through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized Google ads through Google Ads Settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request it be deleted, email us at [email protected].

Data retention

We retain purchase-related correspondence only as long as needed to support you and meet basic recordkeeping needs. Payment and order records themselves are retained by Gumroad under its own policy.

Children's privacy

Our guides and websites are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of our sites after a change means you accept the updated policy.
